Day of event

The NYC mental health film festival is an annual event which offers breakfast, lunch, four films and discussion for $5 in advance. $7 at the door. Come for the discussion about the films, as much as to watch the films themselves. The discussion is a great opportunity to see how those with psychiatric disabilities like or dislike how we are being portrayed in films.

Perfect for future film makers as well as those just interested in learning more about those with mental health issues.

And if you are a mental health recipient this is a day you do not want to miss. Be sorrounded by 200 other consumers, network, and watch a few films that aim to portray mental health recipients in a good light.
